Introduction to Internet and Email

For those with some experience using a computer and/or the internet. This course will teach you to navigate your way around the internet and search for information. Hands on introduction to e-mail, covers attaching files, photos, managing your e-mail messages, using and address book, e-mail etiquette and more. Virus protection is discussed. Organize your e-mail folders, control junk mail with Rules. Optimize Outlook Express for privacy and security.
File Management Training

Understanding File Management is critical to making sure you have saved and backed up your valuable work. You will also learn how to organize folders and files, format disks, delete and copy files and use the properties settings to view your file size and date created. Main Sections:
